Montecitrus S.A.T No. 9982 was established in 2004 with the aim of producing and commercialising citrus fruit. Montecitrus S.A.T. arose as a result of the concerns of its stakeholders, who are citrus producers with over 20 years of experience, owning properties in the regions of Valle del Amanzora in Almeria and Valle del Guadalentín in Murcia.

These citrus farms use the latest technology and innovative growing techniques in their operations, thereby achieving sensory conditions in their harvests that are so unique, they decided to create a production/marketing position for their own produce.

Today, Montecitrus S.A.T owns a newly-built warehouse with fully automated packing facilities. The entire packaging process is separated into several stages, going from picking to arrival at the warehouse, washing, grading, packaging and palletising.

The facilities have a total area of 7,000 m².
