Our newly-built warehouse has an area of 7000 m² equipped with everything needed for packing citrus fruit in the diverse formats that customers require. These facilities include degreening rooms and refrigerated storage with a capacity of 1,000,000 kg of produce, and precoolers and chambers for shipments of prepared products.


The preparation process is fully automated, starting with depalletizing and feeding the produce from crates or bins onto the first separating belt, where the defective fruit is removed. Then, the fruit is washed, dried and waxed before undergoing the second quality sorting process. After these processes are finished, the fruit is sent to the grader, where it is sorted by size, colour and weight, at which time it is ready to be packaged in the different packing formats. After it is packed, the fruit goes through automatic palletizers and strapping machines. Now the orders are ready to be shipped to customers or moved to the coolers or storage chambers for shipping later.

Our facilities were built in 2005, made entirely of stainless steel and fitted for packing in all types of cardboard, wood or reusable plastic crates, in addition to packing in fitted boxes, bulk, mesh bags of several sizes, and so on.
